Dr. Sharde Theodore, faculty with NCEED’s Teaching and School Leaders pillar, presented at the February 2026 AACTE (American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education) Annual Meeting.  Held in New Orleans, LA, Dr. Theodore’s presentation was entitled:  A seat at the table: Black women’s experiences in special education doctoral programs.
