Dr. Elizabeth Morgan partnered with Dr. Jessica Shiller and the Maryland Center for Community Schools at Towson University as Co-Principal Investigator and MSU subcontract lead for the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Statewide Community Schools Evaluation Project.

This partnership provides an important opportunity for MSU and NCEED to contribute directly to a statewide evaluation focused on strengthening Maryland’s community schools. Dr. Morgan’s role includes supporting the development and implementation of the study, qualitative data collection and analysis, and the translation of findings that can inform educational policy and practice across the state.
