fSTAR Pillar lead Walter Fields represented NCEED at a Daddy-Daughter dance on March 20 at Harford Heights Elementary School in Baltimore. The event was sponsored by NCEED partner Fathers Fighting 4 Fathers. Fields and Secretary Carolyn Scruggs of the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services spoke to the fathers on the importance of their engagement with their children. A similar event is being planned for a Maryland correctional facility.
